Chrysler Repair: rubber moulding around headlights, rubber moulding, chrysler dealer

Hi Roland!  I have another question regarding our 1999 LHS.  The black rubber moulding strips around the headlights are breaking down and wanting to come off.  We keep pushing them back in, but that doesn't keep them there long.  Is this something that we can replace ourselves?  Where's the best place to order from?  Thanks!

Hi Krista,
I would get the mouldings from the Chrysler dealer in your area. While at the Parts Counter you can look at the computer parts diagram for info on how the moundings fit and what needs to be removed to replace them. I don't have experience with the LHS to offer any advice on the procedure but the drawing is probably "exploded" which shows all the parts that are fitting together with the moundings and the fasteners.
