will a 3.3 liter v6 fit the same as a 3.5 v6 in a 96 concorde?

Hi Derek,
While the two engines were used in the LH body cars I am not familiar with what incompatibilities there might be between them. The wiring for the powertrain controller are very similar, but you would want to change the controller over along with the engine. It appears that the frame dimensions are identical. Both use the same model of transmission. I would wonder about the exhaust manifold to exhaust pipes compatibility as well as fuel supply lines. Probably the best way to determine this question's answer would be to a Chrysler dealer parts dept. and speak with the parts person about the differences between the parts for the two engines. Maybe you can browse thru the parts manual to look for differences. I believe there is a Yahoo Autos group for the LH body onwners, and asking this question there might find you something that is important to consider.
