Chrysler Repair: 92 new yorker dash lights, lamp intensity, headlamp switch

Is there any way to dim the dash lights on this model? A search through the manual for the procedure was not productive.

Hi Iain,
Accoding to the manual the dimmer is part of the headlamp switch on the dash. It appears to be the type that you pull toward you to obtain park and then headlamps. If that is the case, then the dimmer function is usually obtained by rotating the knob around it axis. If that doesn't cause the lamp intensity to change, then there is something wrong inside the switch. Write me back and I can tell you how to remove the switch for servicing.
