Take off the muffler and inspect the cylinder walls. If there is scratches/gouges, the piston and cylinder have been scored and ruined---either a too lean fuel/oil mix, overheating, or an air leak in the intake system which leaned out the air/fuel mix.
If the scoring is there, it usually costs more to repair than buying a new saw.

I went a looked at some of my reference material for this chain saw the compression should be closer to 110 to 130. It you looked at the piston and cylinder wall and they are not scored and the rings are not compressed and fitting tight in the cylinder bore. Also they use a black silicone material to seal the bottom of the rod cap. Instead of putting fuel mix in the cylinder hole try about 6 or 7 drops of 30 weight oil in the spark plug hole and then try to start it. When it starts it will smoke for a few seconds but it should keep running and if that works it is telling you that the compression is too low. I hope this will help.
