Answer
Hi Jorge,
I am sorry for any delay you may have experienced since writing to me. The server was shut down for a day or more.
I would not worry about metal dust in the filter because that is to be expected from normal wear and tear. It is a concern only when you drop the oil pans you find larger pieces of debris.
But in any case, there is nothing you can do to reduce the production of dust other than remove the transmission and open it up and replace parts that are worn out. But you will have to do that anyway sometime later when it won't run or won't shift satisfactorily. So why do anything now?
The only parts that are serviced without removing are valve body and solenoids (if it is the electronic type of trans). It sounds like you have done all that you can. If it is shifting well I would ignore the dust and keep driving it gently to prolong the life of it.
