Chrysler Repair: Chrysler LHS, obd ii scanner, fuel delivery systems

Question
This is not a question Roland. I wanted to tell you about my LHS. I have asked you several questions over the last few months about my vehicle. I finally fixed it! The intake Manifolds! I bought the set for $5.24 at advance auto and with the help of my father put them on.

The car runs great! The trouble codes that kept popping up on the OBD II scanner were: P0300, P0303, and P0305. Mostly the cylinder misfires were reported. Now the computer says no problems found!

I thought I would just pass this along, because I know how frustrated I was trying to fix this specific problem.

Answer
Hi Josh,
Thanks for passing that along. The possibility of an intake manifold leak is not specifically mentioned in the manuals. About as close as they get is a suggestion to read the intake manifold vacuum with a gauge (after checking the ignition and fuel delivery systems). So your specific identification of that cause is very useful to me. Another cause could be similar: an egr leak which would cause a mis at idle. So for the future I have made a note of this point.
