Chrysler Repair: Body Control Module codes for 97 Chrysler Town & Country, obd ii, fuse box

Question
I recently had to remove the battery cables for cleaning on my '97 T&C, after which the lights on the climate control panel started flashing at me. I researched enough to find out that I could cause the BCM to reset by holding down two of the buttons. It goes through a sequence of tests, but untimately ends up with the 'Recurculate' and 'AC' lights flashing.

1) What does this mean?
2) Is there a website that you know of that describes how to read the codes and what they mean?
3) I saw reference in other posts to an ignition "on-off-on-off" technique for read codes from the engine control module. I know that this isn't related to my BCM problem, but where would I find out more about this technique and the common ECM codes?

Thanks for your help!

Answer
Hi Brian,
Yes there is a good site for the heater control panel self diagnostic test result determination:
www.allpar.com/fix/codes-climate.html
So check that out.
Now you may think that the heater control issue is related to the body computer unit. This is not the case. The heater has its own logic unit. The body computer (located near the fuse box) is for many other body wiring functions. It doesn't have a memory, or codes,  rather if it has a problem you need a diagnostic readout box and a body manual to diagnose what is wrong. On the ECM. I think that by '97 the key on-off etc. is no longer available because it is an OBD-II system and that requires a readout box. But try:on-off-on-off-on and leave it on and watch to see if the check engine light begins to flash and pause, etc. If so, count the flashes and get back to me.
