Chrysler Repair: 03 T&C Passenger Power Window, metal conductor, glow light

Question
The passenger power window in my 2003 T&C isn't working.  The passenger side power sliding door and vent are working properly.  I believe the same fuse operates both the driver and passenger side power windows.  What is the issue?  We removed the door panel and all wires are in tact.

Answer
I would put a voltage test meter or a simple glow light across the electrical connectors of the brown and the violet wires that run between the right door switch and the power window motor for that door. If there are no bare contacts you could push the tip of a needle through the insulation of each wire so that the tip of the needles come in contact with the metal conductor inside. Then attach the meter or glow light to the two pins. Then try to operate the right door switch and then the left door master switch as you would when you try to operate the window. If you get voltage when trying the up or down motion then the motor itself is not working. If you don't get voltage then there is something else in the operating switch or the wires from the switches to the motor. All the windows operate on  the same fuse/circuit breaker so those are not the problem.
If you hear the motor but the window doesn't move then the cable drive between the motor and the window frame is probably damaged.
