Chrysler Repair: Low-side service port of A/C unit, chrysler voyager, c unit

Where is the low-side service port of the A/C unit on a Chrysler Voyager?  Trying to charge the a/c unit with R134a refrigerant.  Placed hose on a port but think it was the wrong one because the guage went to the danger zone.

Hi Mary,
I believe that you will find it in the thinner metal line between the compressor and the filter/drier can. At least that is where it is in my '89 Chrysler. So look along the thin (metal-only) line that starts at the compressor (the low side) until you find a capped fitting. It should be fairly near the compressor.
