Chrysler Repair: sebring alterantor removal, idler pully, alternator

Question
I have a 1995 sebring lxi 2.5 liter the belt broke and i found the idler pully was bad and now it seems the alternator is locked up too i removed the pully and some brackets and got the alternator free but can not see how to get it out from behind the engine any advice ?

Answer
Hi Craig,
I don't have a Sebring manual nor have I worked on the 2.5L engine, but according to the Cirrus/Stratus manual for the 2.5L you may well have to remove the upper alternator mounting bracket from the engine to get the alternator out. See if that makes any sense in your situation.
