Chrysler Repair: 1992 LEBARON:running lights blink on their own, lebaron convertible, running lights

I HAVE A 1992 LEBARON AND IT'S DASHBOARD AND RUNNING LIGHTS BLINK 4 TIMES APPROXIMATELY EVERY 10 SEC. AFTER THE KEY IS OUT OF THE IGNITION.

Which running lights are blinking:headlamps? Parking Lamps?  Does the blinking start before you exit the car? or only after you close the door? Does this blinking continue uninterrupted until you come back and unlock a door? Is this a LeBaron convertible?
Let me know the answers to some of these question and we'll see if we can figure out why. Do you have an anti-theft system on the car? This blinking behavior may be related to it.
