Chrysler Repair: New Yorker, amp fuse, fuse block

Question
1992 New Yorker No Dome lights no radio, glove compartment lights not working either yet all indications are that they are simply not getting any power yet,  Fuses  and fuse block are good and no shorts can be found. Relay switchs appear to be in order all other circuits work . Can you offer some advice please and thank you.

Answer
Hi George,
Look again at fuse 13 in the fuse box inspecting the wire for possible cracks rather than a frank blow out, and if that is o.k. (you might even try switching it with another 15 amp fuse) then go to the power distribution center under the hood and find a 40 amp fuse labelled 'heated rear window' and check that because it provides power to fuse 13. That one may be called fuse E (right hand end of the outer row of fuses).
Let me know if that doesn't solve it.
