I HAVE A 91 SUNDANCE, WITH A COMPLETE NEW EXHAUST.BUT BLOWN MOTOR . I BOUGHT A 94 SUNDANCE NOW THE EXHAUST HAS BROKEN LOOSE FROM THE CONVERTER END,
MY QUESTION IS ARE THE EXHAUST COMPATIBLE AND CAN YOU GIVE ME INSTRUCTION ON HOW TO REMOVE  THE OLD AND PUT ON THE NEW..

Hi Peggy,
If both engines are the same layout (4 cyl and 6cyl would be different from oneanother, but 4's should fit 4's, 6's fit 6's) they should be pretty much identical, but of course inspection will be the proof. If one was a turbo and the other not, that could make a difference. But if the body dimensions were identical they ought to fit mechanically. I can send you a xerox copy of the pages from the '94 manual that shows the details of changing out parts of the system. Just respond with a postal mail address and I'll get them to you quickly. Exhaust system labor is not as costly as working on other parts of the car so you might be able to get a pretty good deal as a muffler shop, for example if you took the one off the blown vehicle and then brought it to a shop they might remove the old and mount it on the running vehicle.
