Chrysler Repair: Oil Pressure, chrysler sebring, oil light

Question
Was driving (1998 Chrysler Sebring) and the engine turned off while I was moving.  Tried shifting in to neutral to start the car but nothing happened.  Noticed the oil light was on.  After sitting for a moment I tried starting the car.  The engine turned over and then pormptly died.

Owners manual said that when this light goes on to stop the car immediately and park it.  Well, the car beat me to it.

Owners manual also mentined oil pressure pump.  

Based on this information can you offer any suggestions?

the first thing you want to do is check for spark and then check for gas . it sounds like to me you lost you have a bad fuel pump or no spark which would be a dis. moduialer
