I don't know if you live near a population center but if you do there is likely to be one or more wrecking yards that group the cars by manufacturer and model and that allow you to walk thru the yard to see if there is what you need, and if you find it you take it off yourself. These are called pull it yourself yards.
The other possibility is to visit (or phone) any conventional yard and ask them to issue a request on their nationwide "hotline" to many other yards to find the lens.
And finally, I am surprised that you can't find one at a Chrysler dealership parts dept. It will cost more than from a yard, but it would be new. With the car only 10 years old I would think it would still be available.
A last resort might be to see if there is a Group on Yahoo that specializes in Chrysler Cirrus or similar cars, and join up, and ask for the other members to look for such a lens for you when they next go to their favorite pull-it-yourself yard.
Chrysler owners are pretty helpful to oneanother as do-it-yourselfers.
