Chrysler Repair: Brakes 2003 Chrysler T&C Limited, rotors, right tools

Question
T.M.

Thanks for your help in advance.  I have the vehicle listed above.  It has 42000 miles. I had the brakes done at non factory shop and they squeeked.  My wife will not drive a vehicle with sqeeky brakes.  She returned the vehicle and the shop sanded or turned the rotors.  The vehicle now does not stop very well and there is a grinding noise from the brakes.  Does Chrysler recommend that OEM rotors be resurfaced?  What should my next step be?  Let me know if you have any questions.

Many Thanks.

Ben

Answer
The rotors need to be cut slow, with the right tools.
The pads need to be replaced with good $$ OE type pads.
