I would like to know the clearance specifications between the rocker arm and the rocker arm shaft.

I am not sure that I have ever seen in print a specification for this. But the number that I have used over the years would be the same for the rod bearings for this engine, or .001 to .0015". The rockers on the 235 engine is pressure fed and excessive clearance will allow excessive oil leak by and reduce oil pressure.
