Classic/Antique Car Repair: Manual for headlight aimer, headlight alignment, headlight aimer

My dad is looking for a manual on a Type B Guide T-3 guide lamp   He has a Model A and the headlight alignment tool involves something pertaining to using a suction-type tool.  He is looking for a book as to how to use the tool.  Do you know what he's talking about?   Any idea as to where such a book can be found?  Thanks

It was a common tool back in the late 1950's to about the mid 1990's when the body shaped headlights were introduced. Most every shop, at least the ones doing state mandated safety inspections, had and used. I think that I might have one of the manuals for that in my shop somewhere, I know that I used to. However a search of www.books4cars.com, or on line in E bay, or post a wanted on Craigs list.  The last resort is auto swap meets. Good luck.
