JUST GOT CAR DROVE HOME NOW  TRANS. WONT  SHIFT OUT FIRST,  TRANS OIL IS BLACK ADDED 1 QT.

I don't know anything about your car.  I know Model A's.  Not knowing weather it is auto or manual makes it tough to suggest anything to you.  If it is manual, look at the linkage under the car.  Should be able to figure out what the prob is.  If it is auto., again look at the linkage on the trans.  Maybe your linkage is not moving the lever far enough to get it into DRIVE.  You may have it in LOW.  If the lever is working OK, it could be internal.  Try moving the lever into N then see if the car will drive.  If it will, then it is just adjustment of the linkage.  If it does go into neutral, then try moving the shifter toward the D, but not all the way.  Then try it.
Thats about all I can suggest beyond contacting a G car club and ask them.
