Classic/Antique Car Repair: auto, Plug wires order in cap

1962 chevy 235 engine firing order 153624 spark plugs, i know where no1 is on cap but how do i hook the rest of wires up? do i just go 123456 say clockwise on cap?

Answer
No, starting with #1, plug the wires in using the firing order, and go around the cap in the direction that the rotor spins when you crank the engine with the starter.  Some engine rotors go clockwise, some go counter-clockwise, so take the cap off and watch the rotor when you crank the engine.
