Classic/Antique Car Repair: 1963 Mecrury Monterey, mercury monterey, metal washer

Question
I have a 1963 Mercury Monterey and I am trying to get the front seat out. It is a powered bench style seat and the motor for the power seat is running but the seat is not moving. I would like to get it out to investigate, but I can't see how it comes out. There are bolts going trough at the front and back but there is no head on the bolts to turn them out. Do you know if you have to somehow unbolt it from the track or is there a special tool to get at them from the bottom where there is a rubber "puck" and then a large metal washer type of nut?? Any help you could provide would be appreciated. Thanks,

Answer
I think that the large rubber puck that you have found is the body to frame mount.I think a little more investigation under the car will find 4 bolts that run up through the floor to the seat tracks. Removed these bolts and the seat should lift out.
