Classic/Antique Car Repair: 1959 Dodge Custom brakes stuck at the top, couple miles, master cylinder

Question
On my 59 Dodge custom royal the brake pedal stays at the top all the time, the reservoirs are full of fluid, when you first drive the car after sitting overnight the wheels are free but after a couple miles the brakes drag and heat up and then lock up, like the brakes are not releasing.... im thinking it's the master cylinder, mine has 2 reservoirs, but when I check online for a new one they are all 1 reservoir, like on RockAuto.... Please help. :)

Answer
Hi Greg:
I don't know much about Dodges (my dad owned one year ago), but one thing unique about these cars was the D500 package that was optional on 1959. However, your problem sounds like a  sticky spring that's not releasing the brake from the drum. However if all four brakes are rubbing, then you may be correct.
