hi there, yeah i have a question i have a 92 Cadillac sts i sold the car to a friend and she had the car for one day only. the car didn't have any oil in it. she drove the car and it died out on the freeway...i added oil but a lot of smoke comes out of the engine. it makes weird noises plus it starts but cuts off shortly...please help what do you  think is wrong with the car

Sounds like you spun several of your rod bearings and fried the rings in the car. It is possible you slung a rod also. You could have also damaged the valve guide seals.

But it could be a lot worse than that, you would just have to look.

You are looking at a total rebuild IF you block is even salvagable.
