Classic/Antique Car Repair: 1972 chevelle, cam bearings, rick casey

Question
I have an opportunity to buy a 1972 chevelle, but when the car reaches driving temp the oil pressure drops. My question is what would i have to replace, expensive or not, should I just replace the motor. I am able to buy the car for less than 5,000 almost perfect body new interior, converted to disc breaks, needs cam bearings. It is a super sport clone with a 350 4 bolt main, 202 heads I'm not to sure what other info you need for a better diagnosis, but I'm trying to get a good idea what I'm in for.  Thank you Rick Casey

Well -for 5000 ii=I would get it if it is in good shape and get a crate motor a 327  or 350 with a good camor a short block and get your heads done add a alum. intake and a new holley. zooom cam bearingd, and and a oil pump that means some work and what else will you find.?
