Classic/Antique Car Repair: crooked steering wheel, alignment shop, horn button

I have an original wood steering wheel on my 69 GTO.  It is off center when the
wheels are straight.  Can I adjust this myself or do I need to go to an alignment
shop?  The horn button is also off center and would still be off center if the
steeering wheel were corrected.  Can this also be adjusted?

Hea- well is your front end all straight.
if yes,than you can rent a wheel puller and remove the horn than remove the nut that holds the wheel on,than with the wheel puller you will take the two or three bolts and tighten them all  at the same time and the wheel will pop off, than just place it on so it is straight than bolt it down good.  ok
