Classic/Antique Car Repair: Steering Column for a 58 Chev Apache Pickup, factory man, signal lights

I have no idea where I can find this, but I'm looking for a picture of the inside of a steering column for a 58 Chev Apache Pickup truck. My dad is restoring one, and he needs to know where all the components for signal lights and the horn go... and I'm having no luck at all finding a picture anywhere at all on the internet! Any help from you (or anyone else) would be greatly appreciated -- even if it's just a description or a guide in the right direction.
