looking to buy or info where to buy for a 46-48 ford conv.
two shoulder  bolts that hold top hyd cly.yoke to top arm
old part #350278-S13

That doesn't seem to be a Ford part number.  It should start with 51A-then a 7 digit number.

You should contact a Ford parts dealer - try C&G in Escondido, CA.

If they can't help you, try San Gabriel Top Service, in San Gabriel CA.

If that doesn't work, borrow one from a friend and take it to any small machine shop and ask them to reproduce it for you.
