Classic/Antique Car Repair: Finding parts, buick club of america, ears to the ground

Question
I have a 1972 Buick Rivera that I am restoring. Where can I find parts such as rubber triming that trims the trunk and windows. I heard of some kind of magazine that specializes in old parts but I can not find. Are there any companyies that sell of parts of this car?
Thanks.

Answer
Yes, there are many companies who specialize in this sort of thing.   Lynne Steel Rubber Products is one of the best.  Go to www.steelerubber.com and check them out.  For other items you'll need, I advise joining the local chapter of the Buick Club of America (BCA) as they have their ears to the ground regarding sources of things.

Good Luck with your project!

Dick.
