Classic/Antique Car Repair: 74 Torino sound system upgrade, fr series, channel amp

Hi Tom!
i have a '74 Gran Torino Elite i just picked up. I am hoping to get the sound system pumpin. I plan to use an ipod with an fm transmitter, so all i need is speakers & amp. i hope to keep the dash intact.

i like soul music very loud.

what do you recommend for the system upgrade? speakers / amp ?

Hello Al,
For starters you could install a 200-250 watt Legacy 4 channel amp in the Car's trunk and wire the amp up to several Ultimate FR series three way speakers. You may want to stop by any good car stereo shop to see what they have to offer.
