Dodge Repair: blower moter resistor 2005 dodge dakota

can you provide me with a diagram/picture of where is the ac/heater blower motor resistor located on a 2005 -  dodge Dakota I looked under the passenger side next to the fan motor and i do not see it...is it located somewhere else or is in side the housing

Hi Thomas,
The '04 manual shows it to be where you have looked for it. I don't have the '05 manual, but the '06 manual shows it to be 'around the corner' on the HVAC housing, and the manual says that you remove the glove box first in order to access the resistor block. Just follow the wires from the blower motor to it for ease of location. I suspect the '05 is like the '06 manual describes.
