Dodge Repair: Sunroof Drain A Post leaking, drain tube, ram 3500

My 07 Ram 3500 Sunroof Drains must be plugged.  I pulled the A Post cover and saw the blue plastic drain tube.  Where does it come out on the chassis and can I reverse air blow it out to attempt to clear the blockage.  I do not have top clearance lights and I can see water sitting in the sunroof frame.

Hi Michael:
The '07 on-line manual shows the drain tube to descend to just below the lower edge of the windshield about 4" or so (about to the level of upper edge of the top of the wheel well cutout in the fender and similarly about 4" in front of the door opening. There is a grommet in the body which holds it in place at that point. It is not clear how you would go in to access that opening. I can copy the drawing and attach it to an email I would send directly to you, so tell me your email address but don't use the @ symbol, insteat use "at", otherwise the address will be erased.
