Dodge Repair: blower motor, dodge ram 1500, hvac blower motor

Question
Is there a way to bypass the ignition switch for power to my HVAC blower motor? 2002 dodge ram 1500 quad cab. I understand that Dodge has problems with the connection at the back of the ignition switck. I just want a quick fix for now. I will eventually get a new wiring harness for it.

The blower motor wiring on about 285,000 of the above vehicles contains an
undersized terminal. Localized heating from operating the blower motor on high
speed may cause the terminal to relax and lose electrical contact. This could cause
the blower motor to become inoperative. An inoperative blower motor will not
defrost the windshield, which could obstruct the driver’s vision and result in an
accident.
A blower motor wiring overlay harness must be installed.
