Dodge Repair: Battery power lost: T&C 05 , dash guages, car electricity

Question
SIR
I HAVE TOWN AND COUNTRY LIMITED 2005,
CAR ELECTRICITY SUDDENLY DISCONNECTED, DASH GUAGES AND LIGHT ERRATIC SOMETIMES SHUT OFF COMPLETELY , I NOTICED THAT WITH A HIGH TEMPERATURE

Answer
Hi Sam,
You would start at the battery to verify that the clamps on the battery post are cleanly connected and tight. Also you would follow all the wires attached to the - post clamp to their ends and verify that those wires and their eyelets are clean and tightly connected to the engine/body metal nearby points. Also notice whether the wires that connect to the clamps are in good condition at that wire/clamp interface to verify that corrosion from the nearby battery acid inside the battery hasn't degraded those wires.
For electrical safety you would be wise to begin by disconnecting the - post clamp, then check all the aspects of the - clamp I listed, then check the + post clamp and its wires.
Finally: reconnect the + post clamp to the battery, and end this check out by connecting the - post clamp last.
If that does not improve the battery performance then I would seek to recharge the battery or test it for it voltage and current output capability for the possibility of replacement. If it is the original battery that came with the car when new it is probably worn out.
I found your question in the 'pool' to which Kevin had referred it.
Please 'rate' my answer (see below).
