Question
i have replaced the fan clutch, thermostat, flushed the radiator, and did a block test i don't know what to do anymore and its my only means of transportation, after i flushed it there was still cold spots at the bottom half of the radiator so i don't know if its still clogged or what

Answer
Hi Dave,
The radiator should be evenly hot across the surface so there must be some cross tubes that are plugged. You may want to get it opened up at a radiator shop if it is the type that can be disassembled and rodded out. Short of that you could have the shop try a reverse flush on the radiator using a pressure 'gun' so long as you don't exceed 20 psi. That approach listed in the '04 manual.
