Dodge Repair: AC not working: 02 Sebring/Stratus, fuse boxes, dodge stratus

Question
My wife and I own a 2002 Dodge Stratus - 2.4L-4cyl - the air conditioner just stopped working - but I noticed the small rectangular light on the a/c button does not come on. So I thought maybe it's a bad fuse. I know where both fuse boxes are - however, not even in the manual is it stated anywhere which number of fuse might control the a/c. Is there one? And if so - which one is it for me to check?

Thank you

Answer
Hi Arthur,
The fuses are 1,6,11 in the cabin and 12 and 23 in the engine compartment. Fuse 6 specifically powers the control and its lights. If those are all good then chances are the refrigerant in the system has dropped to the pressure level where the ac compressor is blocked from activating. You could try adding a can of refrigerant to the system.
