Lock/Unlock the passenger door with the key. Then try to start.
Does starter work?
If the starter motor doesn't work, I believe the problem is NOT the alarm.
Does the starter motor relay "click" (5th relay from front, box under hood)?
If not, then check fuse 23 in power box under hood and check fuse 10 in fuse box under the panel in cabin.
If fuses "ok". move shift lever slightly off-center from detent position. Then try to start.
