Dodge Repair: Crankshaft position sensor, camshaft position sensor, crankshaft position sensor

Question
QUESTION: Hi, I have a 1999 Dodge Ram 1500 5.9 V-8 truck, that recently started shutting down while I am driving, when I wait about 10 minutes it starts back up. Was told by a friend that it may be the crankshaft position sensor, I don't get any error codes. I am trying to find a picture of where that sensor is located, I have a manual but very poor pictures. Is the sensor towards the back of the truck? Or by the engine?  Thank you for any help!

ANSWER: The camshaft position sensor is located in the distributor
