Dodge Repair: alarm removal, dodge caravan, wireless transmitter

i have a 1999 dodge caravan 3.1 liter and the alarm system wont go off to allow me to start the van. i  need to completely remove it as i have tried the key in the door to arm and disarm and that does not work. all i get is the dash saying "ALARM SET", but I've opened doors with wireless transmitter and put key in the ignition and the car still wont start.....

There is no way to remove, or disable, the factory alarm system on your van. There are no work-arounds or temporary fixes that even a very knowledgeable vehicle owner can do to repair the problem you are having. You will need to have it towed to a dealership for repair or to the junkyard for recycling.
