Dodge Repair: 95 DODGE NEON, coolant temperature sensor, hick ups

WHEN I DRIVE IN YHE HEAT ONLY OVER 85 OR SO IT DOES IT, ON HIGHWAY FINE GET OFF ON EXIT CAR WILL IDLE AS I COME TO A STOP BUT AS SOON AS I TRY TO GO IT SPUTTERS ALMOST TO A STALE BUT IT DOESN'T. I PULL OVER AND SIT FOR 15 TO 20 MINS IT'S FINE AGAIN. EVERY TIME IT WILL START AND IDLE FINE BUT AS SOON AS THE GAS IS PUSHED IT GOES INTO CAR HICK-UPS. THE CAR HAS 102300 MILES HEAD GASKET HAS BEEN CHANGED 20000 MILES AGO ABOUT AND IT IS A 2.0 4CYL. AUTOMATIC AS WELL. IF YOU COULD SHED SOME LIGHT ON THIS TOPIC I WOULD BE MOST GRATEFUL AND THANKS AGAIN FOR YOUR TIME.   CHRIS

I would recommend that you take the car someplace to have a computer diagnostic done. Most national auto parts stores will scan you vehicle for free. But they won't be able to do any in-depth diagnostics, for that you'll need to go to a reputable repair facility. I would suspect either a failing coolant temperature sensor, a slow oxygen sensor, sticky EGR valve or a gummed-up throttle body butterfly valve. All would give the symptoms you've described.
