QuestionQUESTION: Hello, I read alot of online material about dodges running into limp mode but most information was didn't seem to be detailed. Since I can provide details I was hopping to resolve this issue right off the bat. The problem with limp mode first appeared last summer when my car had 192k miles and it was 95 degrees out and one of the last hot days of the year. I was going uphill and my car jerked into limp mode. I drove it home somehow and let it sit overnight. Next day and the problem was gone and for the entire winter season it didnt come back..untill spring came and the temps got up to 50 degrees. I immediatelly knew what to do i let it sit. Unfortunately the next day I drove a few miles out untill i pulled out of an intersection with a little more power on. The car went into limp mode again. I let it sit again but the problem seems to be more persistent now. I read the codes with my scanner and they were 0700 and 0760. Now the car has 205k miles. My speedometer and tachometer are both working the car starts and runs fine. There is no noise while driving and when it runs properly it shifts flowlessly. Although sometimes it jerks in to the next higher gear which is really rare. What should I do with it?

QUESTION: The car tranny gets into limp mode and that's the only thing. Generally speaking I wonder if the issue i'm having is heat related, electrical, or mechanical? But any information is greatly appreciated.
