Dodge Repair: overheating, smoking white, heater core, oil and water

Question
Hello,
I own a 03 Ram 1500 4.7L 2wd non hemi 134k serviced to manual.  It recently overheated due to ice blocking radiantar. Driven 12 miles when indicated hot. Now, smoking white, knocking but there is no water in oil, but using oil and water, no leaks and not heater core. This is my first Ram, Do they last past 150k after this gasket/valve/oring replacement im in for?

that part has no relevance on this matter   the failure was caused by the ice  not wear and tear.

u will more then likely need new heads  if they are not machine shop repairable  a 4.7 does not like to be over heated.
