Dodge Repair: windshield wiper quit, pivot shaft, pivot end

hi, i drive a 2005 dodge 1500 larame 5.7 hemi. my passenger side windshield wiper quit working today. is there something i can do to rememdy this myself. i read there is a nut but i can't seem to figure out how to get to it....any help would be muchly appreciated...thanks don

REMOVAL




Lift the front wiper arm to its over-center position to hold the wiper blade off of the glass and relieve the spring tension on the wiper arm to wiper pivot shaft connection.
Remove the nut or nuts (2) that secure the front wiper arm (1) or links to the pivot shaft or shafts (3 & 4).




If necessary, use a suitable battery terminal puller (3) to disengage the front wiper arm (1) or links from the pivot shaft (2) or shafts.
Remove the wiper arm pivot end or links from the pivot shaft or shafts.
