Dodge Repair: power steering belt on a 1997 dodge intr. 3.5, tensioner pulley, 1997 dodge intrepid


Question
I am trying to replace a broken belt on a 1997 Dodge Intrepid.
It has a 3.5L engine. I can figure out the path the belt takes but can not figure out how to release the tension.

The Poly-V generator/power steering belt has an adjustable tensioner pulley located on the timing belt cover Accessory Drive - 3.5L Engine to maintain proper belt tension. To remove or install this belt, Release tension by loosening the tensioner pulley nut and adjustment bolt Accessory Drive - 3.5L Engine Reverse procedure to install and tighten belt to specified tension.
