Dodge Repair: Replacing seat belt center push button on 3rd row Seat, dodge grand caravan, dodge grand caravan sxt

Question
I have a 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT with Stow and Go, the 3rd row seat on the passenger side has a sticky button for the seat belt and doesn't always latch.  How can I remove this seat belt center push button piece and replace it with a new one.  The metal hook side of the seat belt is fine.  It is for the single stow and go seat on 3rd row.

REMOVAL

1. Remove bolt attaching seat belt buckle to seat rear frame rail Fig. 1 .
2. Remove seat belt buckle from seat.
