Dodge Repair: a little annoyed, dodge ram 1500, mouse point

Dear Kevin,
I sent you an email about the serpentine belt. Frankly, you're are a gerk. I came on with an honest question, that I want answered. I am 60 years old and a former mechanic asking another "supposed" mechanic for help. If you don't want to answer people, then you shouldn't put up a website for people to ask questions. I'd like an aplogy at the least. But, I still need the question answered, so I'll ask it again. How do I replace the serpentine belt on my 2000 Dodge Ram 1500. 2WD V8. This time if you are unfriendly to me, I'll tell everyone I know that you are rude, and to never come to you with questions.

humm  how to handle this.   Point 1 I am human and I do make mistakes  I have a list of options I have on the side of the page I read the questions on and some times when I am up late at night answering the ooo 30 or more a day I get  I do some times hit the wrong one with the mouse.

Point 2 I dont own this site   I don't work for this site  I don't get anything from them  this is all voluntary of my time


Get a 3/8 or 1/2 inch ratchet  the tension is automatic spring loaded there will be a spot on the front for u to put the ratchet in there.
