Dodge Repair: Dodge ram Van P0748, dodge ram van, relay circuits

QUESTION: I keep getting a P0748, My mechanice changed the solenoid and relay switch 2 times, the first one worked great for three weeks and then blew out (faulty part) the mechanic replaced the solenoid again, and now the car keeps coming up with the P0748 code.  It will clear for a while, transmission works fine for maybe 10 miles and then it goes into limp mode.  What are we missing, it worked fine the first fix all but a bad part.  do you have a solution?

I dont have a fix for this  U will need to take it to some one that knows what they are doing with tranny work  here is the list of possible causes.

P0748-PRESSURE SOL CONTROL/TRANS RELAY CIRCUITS
When Monitored: Continuously with the key on.
Set Condition: This code will set if the voltage detected on the Governor Pressure
Solenoid Control circuit at the PCM is different than the expected voltage.

P1765 DTC PRESENT
INTERMITTENT GOVERNOR PRESSURE SOLENOID
TRANSMISSION RELAY OUTPUT
FUSED B+ CIRCUIT OPEN
