ANSWER: there is no blower motor relay I dont know who told U this.
The power comes from the ign switch and the ac control head gives it ground no relay in the middle. Has to be a relay for something else.

QUESTION: dodge canada told me its for the blower motor can u find out what relay it is with the part # 56006709 thats the relay part number it stopped buzzing now and hasnt for two days but i am worried something bad could be happening my battery is bad has a dead cell could that be the cause

unless Canada cars are built different there is not a relay for the blower motor U have a resistor but that's not the part number for it.
I looked at the wire diagram and the power comes straight from the ign switch to the blower motor and then the ac control head controls the ground no relay in there.
