Dodge Repair: 2006 dodge grand caravan rear bumper, dodge grand caravan, fascia brackets

Question
What should I pay to replace a rear bumber to a 2006 dodge grand caravan.  It doesn't need to be painted and I bought the part at a salvage yard for $300. Could I replace it myself.  How do you replace a rear bumper?
