Dodge Repair: 2004 durango, radiator removal, radiator fan shroud, upper radiator hose

How to remove/replace radiator 2004 durango limited hemi 2wd. thanks

REMOVAL




Disconnect battery negative cable.
Drain cooling system (Refer to 7 - COOLING - STANDARD PROCEDURE)
Remove pushpins (1) and the upper condenser/radiator seal (2).
Remove air filer housing assembly.(Refer to 9 - ENGINE/AIR INTAKE SYSTEM/AIR CLEANER ELEMENT - REMOVAL).




Remove upper radiator hose (1).
Remove overflow tube (2).
Remove radiator fan shroud (4) from the radiator and position over the radiator fan.
Remove the upper radiator support (3).
Raise vehicle.




Disconnect the power steering cooler lines (2).




Disconnect the transmission cooler lines (1).
Remove the lower radiator hose (2).
Lower vehicle.
Remove upper radiator mount.
Remove LH and RH radiator side seals.
Remove radiator.
Remove power steering cooler from the radiator, if necessary.
Remove transmission cooler from radiator, if necessary
