Dodge Repair: 97 dodge 1500 headlamp, headlamp bulb, headlamp assembly

Question
How do i remove the headlamp (not the bulb) to get the headlamp adjustment screws out.

Answer
HEADLAMP
On driver side and on vehicles with dual batteries, the headlamp assembly must be removed to service the headlamp bulb.

REMOVAL
Release hood latch and open hood.
To remove headlamp assembly on drivers side or passenger side when equipped with dual batteries, refer to Headlamp Removal paragraph of Exterior Lamps section.
Disengage wire connector from headlamp bulb.
Remove retaining ring holding bulb to headlamp Headlamp Bulb Removal
Pull bulb from headlamp.
INSTALLATION
CAUTION: Do not touch the bulb glass with fingers or other oily surfaces. Reduced bulb life will result.

Position bulb in headlamp.
Install retaining ring holding bulb to headlamp Headlamp Bulb Removal
Connect wire connector to headlamp bulb.
